Reminder: The Season's Still Not Over For Liverpool

Jun 26, 2020

Liverpool may have won the EPL title, but there is still more for them to play for and records to break.

The Reds are still on course to set a new record for most wins in a season, which is currently held by Man City at 32.

Liverpool can also try to beat City's record for most points won.

Other records include most home wins, and having the biggest title-winning margin.

Liverpool secured the title when Chelsea defeated second placed Man City 2-1 this morning

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has paid an emotional tribute to the club’s legends after they won their first title EPL in 30 years.

Klopp gave special attention to Kenny Dalglish and Steven Gerrard, for their continued influence in the dressing room.

Dalglish was the last manager to bring the title to Anfield, while Gerrard came close during his time as club captain.

Japanese badminton player Kento Momota has completely recovered from his eye surgery.

The 25-year-old fractured his eye socket during a road accident on the way to KLIA, just hours after winning the Malaysia Masters in February.
