Russia Banned From Olympics

Russian athletes will not be able to compete in the Rio Olympics.
Athletics chiefs have decided not to lift a suspension imposed in November, following allegations of state-sponsored doping.
However, individual Russian athletes can compete as neturals, if they can prove they are clean.
