Bill Skarsgård is so excited for Halloween – he has transformed into It a.k.a. Pennywise the Dancing Clown a.k.a the creepy looking clown with a huge forehead. That’s not all, It decided to gain inspiration from Mary Poppins for It 2, and was seen flying on set in Toronto.
