Ever since we saw 50% of the Avengers turn into dust by Thanos and the infinity stones, we've all been wondering, are they really dead?
On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Benedict Cumberbatch ruled out any return of Doctor Strange in the upcoming Avengers 4.
"I'm dust, baby," the actor said. "I'm just out there. I’m in the ether. I'm probably part of your food chain. I'm in your stomach somewhere."
Although Benedict didn't give us the answers we so desperately wanted to hear, he did talk about being part of the massive Marvel franchise. He said, "It's amazing. It's ludicrous. It just gets sort of giddy and unreal, to be honest."
"I mean, just being part of that franchise is a kick, let alone the people I got to have screen time with and the story that I was sort of part of," he added. "I mean, it was really extraordinary to do and even more weird and wonderful to see it roll out and get that kind of reception."

But, is this another trick? With Marvel being king of secrecy, it's possible that Benedict is just being coy. We know that no-one actually stays dead in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
What do you think? Is this just a cover up? Or will we not see Doctor Strange in the upcoming Avengers 4?
