With only a little over a month before The Lion King makes its live-action debut, the excitement is steadily building amongst Disney fans and… Beyoncé fans!

For those who are unaware (where have you been??), Queen Bey will be taking on an important role in the upcoming remake of the animated movie as Nala.

Ever since news first broke about Beyoncé’s role in The Lion King, fans have been eagerly waiting to see how Queen Bey would take on the role.

Fans didn’t need to wait too long however, as the movie recently released a new teaser that features Beyoncé’s Nala and we can surely feel the love tonight.

In the 30-second clip, Nala’s serious voice tells Donald Glover’s Simba to come home and take his place as king, and we can already feel chills going down our spines!

As always, fans of both Disney and Beyoncé took to the Twitterverse to express their excitement for Queen Bey’s upcoming role.
