Let’s get down to business. According to a new report/rumour, Disney’s upcoming live-action remake of Mulan may not feature the beloved Mushu and we’re not okay.

The DisInsider exclusively revealed that the highly anticipated movie, which is currently in post-production, will unfortunately be missing everyone’s favourite dragon.

Set for release in March 2020, Mulan will reportedly be including a phoenix in place of the beloved sidekick. A phoenix. Um…
On top of that disappointment, the portal also reported that most of the iconic songs from the 1998 classic would also be altered for the remake. Instead of being sung by the cast, the songs will just instrumentals.

Many fans who have been eagerly waiting for the upcoming live-action are quite disappointed by the lack of Mushu and iconic songs.
So, if you’re hoping to get down to business to see Mushu and to sing-a-long with all your favourite songs, don’t hope for too much, you’ll be disappointed for sure.
