While we’re all staying in our homes to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s a little hard to keep track of the days.
In case you didn’t realise, 26th April marked the one-year anniversary of Avengers: Endgame’s release worldwide.
While we in Malaysia enjoyed an earlier release of the movie on 24th April 2019, many cinemas in other parts of the world only saw the movie hitting the big screen two days later. (Yay, Malaysia!)

26th April has officially been set as the anniversary of Endgame’s release and many fans all over the world are celebrating by having “quarantine watch parties.”
This time last year, we were all crying our eyes out as Iron Man made the ultimate sacrifice, and many fans are paying tribute to the “cinematic masterpiece” by rewatching Endgame during this time.
Even directors James and Anthony Russo are taking this time to rewatch Endgame and live-tweeting while doing so in order to get a little closer to the fans, especially in these hard times.

Over in the Twitterverse, Marvel Studios posed a question to fans and asked what their favourite quote was from the movie.
Marvel fans all over came rolling in with their replies, many having difficulty in choosing just one quote from the movie that has left a lasting impact on our generation.
Our favourite line from Endgame might just be when Captain America say “Avengers assemble.” We still get shivers every time we hear it!
