As the end credits rolled, the Twitterverse seemed to be the only place that fans could go to pour out their emotions. The Marvel fans started a hashtag on Twitter that took on its own life.
Even Captain America aka Chris Evans acknowledged the love with his own tweet.
“Some of these #ThankYouAvengers posts are incredibly touching. I’m feeling a deep sense of gratitude today. #ThankYouAvengersFans,” he tweeted.
Our hearts are crying. Thank you, Avengers. We love you 3,000.
