Back in 2017, you’ll remember that Justice League was released and unfortunately, there was much more for fans to criticize than to praise…
With the second anniversary of the movie upon us, you’d probably have noticed that Justice League has returned as a hot topic of conversation on the internet and it has all to do with Zack Snyder.
Over on Twitter, #ReleaseTheSnyderCut has been a trending topic for over 24 hours.
If you’re new to this whole topic of conversation, here’s a quick run-through to help you get caught up with all the details.
When Justice League was first in the works, the project was helmed by Zack Snyder and was said to be DC’s answer to Marvel’s Avengers. However, the movie didn’t turn out that way and that’s because Zack did not stay on as director until the end.
Due to tragic circumstances in his personal life, Zack had to step away from the movie and was replaced by Joss Whedon during post-production.

When the movie was released, it unfortunately did not live up to the expectations of fans who since then, have been left wondering what could have been if the movie continued on under Zack’s guidance.
And apparently there is a Zack Snyder version of Justice League, that has now been dubbed, the Snyder Cut.
Earlier this year, Zack noted that it’s up to Warner Bros. to release his cut however up until now, the studio has remained completely silent about the cut’s existence and has not mentioned anything about potential plans to release it.
Both Zack and Jason Momoa aka Aquaman have confirmed however, that the Snyder cut does exist and with the second anniversary of Justice League here, fans are demanding to be able to see this version of the movie.
And the fans aren’t the only ones who want to see the Snyder cut released to the public. Even the movie’s biggest stars have joined in the demand such as Gal Gadot, Ben Affleck, Jason Momoa and even Zack Snyder himself!
The fans are unstoppable with their mission to be heard and to have the cut released to the public.
