Idris Elba Is Currently In Talks To Replace Will Smith In ‘Suicide Squad 2’!

Last week, we found out that Will Smith will not be returning to Suicide Squad 2 to reprise his role as Deadshot.

This week, we’ve found out who could possibly be replacing Will and it’s Idris Elba!

The Hollywood Reporter reported that Idris is currently in talks with Warner Bros. and director, James Gunn about the role.

“Idris was the first and only choice for James and the studio,” THR stated.

Production on Suicide Squad 2 is set to begin in September 2019 and is slated for release on 6^th August 2021!
