Previously, the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before actor was in talks to take on the role of He-Man, but nothing was confirmed. Until now.

While appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon recently, Noah confirmed that he had officially signed on to play the muscular hero.

“Yes. Yeah yeah yeah yeah. Masters of the Universe! I have an affinity for being in my underwear,” he told the late night host. “Thank you. Thank you so much. I’m very excited. It’s a great opportunity.”

Not much is known about the upcoming Masters of the Universe live-action remake, except that the movie will be directed by Aaron and Adam Nee, and produced by David Goyer.

Iron Man screenwriters, Matt Holloway and Art Marcum are also set to write the upcoming superhero movie.
