Fast & Furious fans, get ready for another contender to enter the race!

Back in April, Vin Diesel first teased us with news that John could be joining the franchise on his Instagram.
Universal has officially confirmed that John will be joining the cast of Fast & Furious 9.
As of right now, his character is being kept under wraps but has been described as a “bada**.”
Production on the movie will begin later this month and has been set for release on 22nd May 2020.

John tweeted about the good news saying, “For nearly 20 years, the Fast franchise has entertained fans and created some of the biggest cinematic moments in history. It’s an incredible honour to join this franchise and this family.”
Fans are excited to see the wrestler/actor in the beloved and action-filled franchise.
Unfortunately, according to Deadline, Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock will not be in the upcoming movie.
