When Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom ended, did you find yourself asking, “what happened to all the dinosaurs that were let loose?” Cause we sure did.

As we know, life always finds a way, but how would the dinosaurs survive living amongst humans? Cause as we know, humans and dinosaurs were definitely not meant to co-exist.

Lucky for us, Jurassic World director, Colin Trevorrow has the answer.

Fans were shown exactly what a world where humans and dinosaurs co-exist would be like when the director dropped a surprise short-film for fans who are eagerly waiting the third movie in the franchise.

Jurassic World: Battle at Big Rock debuted over the weekend and the eight-minute film has us at the edge of our seats! While being a largely standalone movie, the clip promises a Jurassic World like we’ve never seen before.

Battle at Big Rock definitely confirms that there’s no reset button before we hit Jurassic World 3 that’s set to premiere in June 2021.

We’ll be seeing a game-changing Jurassic World that’s going to be a first for the franchise where dinosaurs live amongst humans and not the other way around. The short-film shows us the “new normal” of the world as we know it.

“We’ve finally taken the story off Isla Nublar,” the director told Collider. “We wanted to show a glimpse of that new reality. If this really happened, you’d see a series of random, disconnected incidents that would create a patter of chaos. I wanted to see one of those incidents.”

Fans of the Jurassic franchise are screaming in delight over the short film and we can’t help but to feel as excited too!
