Star Wars is known to have a dark and light side. Within each side, there's also a division to it. Laura Dern's character might be driving a force in one of the sides.
We've learned that Laura plays Vice Admiral Holdo, an officer within the resistance in the upcoming movie. But she and General Leia, have a history together and they don't see eye to eye on everything.
The director, Rian Johnson, teased about Admiral Holdo character on Entertainment Weekly:
"I don't want to tip the hat too much, but I will say that the heat is immediately turned up on the Resistance".
We're waiting to see how Laura Dern and Carrie Fisher's character face off in the upcoming movie!
