With only one day left to go, we’re definitely in the endgame now.

And while we’re waiting on the edge of our seats for what comes next in Avengers: Endgame, we’re not the only ones. The cast is also waiting to see what actually happens to their characters, as no one except Robert Downey Jr. has read the full script.

We can’t even bank on the Spoiler King to tease us with what’s to come as it was recently revealed that Mark Ruffalo wasn’t even given the real script for the upcoming movie.

Speaking to ET, the Hulk actor said that he was restricted from knowing too much about the movie.

“I got a script, but it was a dummy,” he said. “There were scenes in there that I thought we were shooting that nobody ever shot.”

So even if Mark wanted to tell us anything about Endgame, he wouldn’t know if it’s true or not!

“I’ve been dying to see it,” Mark admitted. “We had a chance to see it yester, but I held off because I want to see it with an audience, I want to be in that experience with you guys. Yeah, that’s when it really means something.”

Directors, Joe and Anthony Russo also revealed that the Spoiler Prince *cough Tom Holland cough* didn’t even get a script for the entire filming!

When asked why there was such strict secrecy with Endgame, the directors noted that’s actually more of a benefit to the actors.

“It’s like doing them a favour, because it’s hard to keep secrets, it’s hard to keep your mouth closed,” Anthony noted. “We spend all day, everyday, doing this for like, the past couple years. So it’s hard not to talk about what you spend all your time doing. It’s a little bit of a mercy we give them by not giving them too much information.”

Are you surprised to know that Mark was given a dummy script and Tom wasn’t given anything at all?

Only one more day to go!
