What is Kingsman without Eggsy right? According to Taron Egerton, that's what we should be looking at, for the upcoming Kingsman movie that's set for release in November 2019.
Speaking to Yahoo News, the actor shared that Kingsman director, Matthew Vaughn is currently working on the third instalment, but dashing secret-agent Eggsy, will be missing from the action.
"I'm not in the next Kingsman movie," Taron revealed.

But why would Eggsy be missing from the next movie? The actor didn't say much, and kept tight-lipped about it.
"I don't know if I'm allowed to tell you…" he said. "That doesn't mean I won't be a Kingsman ever again. I was with Matthew as little as a few days ago and spoke to him. We're very much still in business together, it's just that his next journey in that universe doesn't involve me. Which I think is sacrilegious!"

So what's the plan for Kingsman 3 then? Although Taron knows what would be happening in the upcoming continuation, he's not giving up any details about it. However, the actor does sound impressed by the plans set in place.
"I think his idea for the new one is incredibly exciting, and I'm sad that I won't be on that journey with him, but it's not the last you've seen of Eggsy," he said.

But is this another bluff? Kingsman did manage to bring back Colin Firth's Harry Hart after supposedly killing him off in the first movie. Could this be another trick?
We'll just have to wait and see…
