‘The Batman’ Has Found Its Catwoman In Zoe Kravitz!

Many rumour and speculations have been going around over who would take on the coveted role of Catwoman in Matt Reeves’ The Batman.

And now, it seems like the upcoming movie has finally its feline antihero, Zoe Kravitz!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actress – who played Leta Lestrange in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald; beat out multiple other actresses to nab the highly desired role.

Those rumoured to have been in the running for the Catwoman role included, Marvel’s Tessa Thompson, Lupita Nyong’o, X-Men’s Alexandra Shipp, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Logan Browning, Ana de Armas, Ella Balinska and Eiza Gonzalez.

After the news of the casting broke, the director took to Twitter to respond by simply sharing a GIF of Zoe saying “Hello”.

Fans of the DC universe are excited to see what Zoe will bring to the Catwoman role alongside Robert Pattinson’s Batman.

We can’t wait for to see Zoe and Robert in The Batman that’s set for release on 25th June 2021!
