We’re definitely in the endgame now with the Avengers.

Avengers: Infinity War left us traumatised and full of questions when it ended, taking half of the universe with it. Now, nearly a year has passed since Thanos snapped his fingers and we’re on the edge of our seats to find out what the six original Avengers will face in Avengers: Endgame.
Since half the universe was wiped out, fans have been coming up with theories of what comes next and many are anticipating big sacrifices from the original six – Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, The Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye.
Empire’s new issue is going all out to celebrate the “movie event of the decade” and is preparing fans for the ultimate battle between the Avengers and the Mad Titan himself.
The magazine boasts a two-cover special in that brings us straight into the endgame.
The first cover sees the original six assembled together for the most important mission of their lives.

According to Empire, “You’ll find a major new feature on Marvel’s biggest movie so far, talking to the film’s stars, directors, and MCU head honcho Kevin Feige himself about how they crafted the boldest blockbuster ending of the decade, and how they’re going to out-do it all in Endgame,” in the upcoming issue.
The issue also features a bonus magazine called Empire Presents: Avengers – The End of an Era that salutes the six original Avengers who changed cinema forever.

For subscribers of the magazine, an exclusive cover was also released that features an original painting by Vincent McIndoe. The painting sees Thanos watching the sun rise on a grateful universe.
