Avengers: Endgame has been in cinemas for almost two months now and we’ll admit that we’ve watched the movie more than once in cinemas.

However, this Marvel super fan has put us all to shame.

Agustin Alanis from Florida, USA has been on a mission to secure himself a Guinness World Record for most number of times a person has watched Endgame.

Currently, he has watched the three-hour superhero movie 122 times!

Speaking to CNN he said, “I go twice on weekdays; Saturday and Sunday, four to five times, (which) is the most I can because of the movie being 3 hours and 2 minutes long.”

Agustin has been loyally heading to the cinema every single day since Endgame first hit the big screen in April.

“I had bought tickets to watch it five times on the opening weekend so I would miss a thing,” he said. “Then, I started going every single day, posting my rounds or views because I really love the film.”

Agustin’s dedication to his goal and the movie is so strong that he manages to juggle his job as a supervisor for his family’s construction business at the same time. And, he doesn’t even take toilet breaks during the three-hour movie!

Currently, the Guinness World Record for “most cinema productions attended – same film” belongs to Anthony Mitchell, who watched Avengers: Infinity War 103 times at his local movie theater in North Carolina.

“After seeing how Endgame was shattering records and making history, I decided to do it,” Agustin said of his current attempt.

He has since been documenting his record-setting journey on Twitter and has even submitted paperwork to Guinness World Records. Unofficially, it looks like has already long beaten the current record.

“I might reach 200,” Agustin said. “but who knows.”

We can’t wait to see how many times Agustin manages to watch Endgame before it stops playing in the cinemas. Do you think he’ll reach his goal of 200 times?
