Marvel released the highly anticipated trailer for the fourth Avengers movie last week and revealed movie title along with it!
We now know that the movie will be called Avengers: Endgame and many people were shocked by the movie title… but some people already predicted it based on this line from Doctor Strange in Avengers: Infinity War!
You might be among those who have guessed it right but what you didn’t know is that Tony Stark teased the title way before Doctor Strange!
In Avengers: Age of Ultron, the Avengers were argueing about Tony’s mistake for creating the artificial intelligent robot, Ultron, and Tony said,
“A hostile alien army came charging through a hole in space,”
“We’re standing three hundred feet below it. We’re the Avengers. We can bust arms dealers all the live long day but that, up there, that’s the endgame.”
And it just fits so very well as the movie title, seeing how Doctor Strange gave the time stone to Thanos in exchange of Tony’s life, and said that “there was no other way.”
The trailer definitely made us go through a roller coaster of emotions and we can’t wait for it! Avengers: Endgame is set to release on April 26th, 2019.
