You might love or hate the portrayal of the Dark Knight in Justice League, but Warner Bros has something bigger planned for us--a Batman anime film!
Warner Bros just released the teaser trailer for Batman Ninja, and we see classic Batman characters being transported back to Japan in the Middle Ages with Joker trying to rewrite history by altering the past!
The characters can be seen wearing traditional Japanese outfits, and Batman is pictured going up against Joker in a shogun’s armour and wielding a katana!
Batman is joined by Alfred, Nightwing, Robin, and Red Hood, as they fight against Joker and other villains like Harley Quinn, Penguin, Poison Ivy, Deathstroke, and even Gorilla Grodd! We're not quite sure which side Cat Woman is on yet though.
The anime film is set to be released in Japan in 2018, and we can’t wait to watch it!
