#1 Space Stone (Tesseract)

Manipulates space, teleportation
First appearance:
First seen in Captain America: The First Avenger, when Red Skull discovered it on earth.
Last seen location:
After the events of the first Avengers movie, the Tesseract was kept safe in Asgard, but was last seen in Thor: Ragnarok. Loki is currently in possession of the space stone.
#2 Mind Stone (Chitauri Scepter)

Telepathy, mind control
First appearance:
The stone was first seen in Loki’s scepter in the first Avengers movie.
Last seen location:
After Avengers: Assemble, Tony Stark used the mind stone for research, and created Ultron by accident. The stone was then used to give life to Vision and is stuck in Vision’s forehead now.
#3 Power Stone (Orb)

Manipulate energy, enhance strength and durability
First appearance:
The stone was first seen in Guardians of the Galaxy, with Star Lord stealing it and eventually trying to sell it to The Collector.
Last seen location:
The power stone is kept in the Nova Corps Vault in Xandar and Thanos is seen in possession of the stone in Avengers: Infinity War trailer.
#4 Reality Stone (Aether)

Ability to alter reality, tranform matter to dark matter.
First appearance:
The reality stone was first seen in Thor: The Dark World and possessed Jane Foster, then to Malekith.
Last seen appearance:
The Aether was stored and passed over to The Collector to safe keep at the end of Thor: The Dark World.
#5 Time Stone (Eye of Agamotto)

First appearance:
The time stone was first seen in Doctor Strange, in the Eye of Agamotto, which Doctor Strange used to defeat Dormammu.
Last seen location:
Doctor Strange is last seen in possession of the time stone, and Strange was seen using the Eye of Agamotto in the trailer.

Prediction:
Some fans says that the soul stone is in Heimdall, because of his orange eyes, some says it’s with Adam Warlock (Him), that was created at the post credit scene of Guardians of the Galaxy 2, because he was in possession of the soul stone in the comics!
