Speaking to IGN recently, the actor who brought the boy wizard to life, said that he thinks Harry Potter will definitely be rebooted. Daniel believes that “some other version” of the original movies will make an appearance in the future.
‘I’m sure there will be some other version of it,” he said. “I know I’m not the last Harry Potter I’m gonna see in my lifetime – we’ve already got a few more [in stage play, Cursed Child].”

As of now, the Wizarding World continues to grow through the Fantastic Beasts franchise, which will churn out five movies in total. So far, we’ve already been graced by two movies, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

Not only does Daniel think a reboot could happen for the Harry Potter movies, he also thinks that a TV spin-off could happen!
According to the actor, the Marauders would make an interesting TV spin-off for the franchise. For you muggles who are not familiar with who the Marauders are, you’ll remember them from the famous Marauder’s Map. Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs, also known as Remus Lupin, Peter Pettigrew, Sirius Black and James Potter; would definitely make an interesting TV series!
Speaking to TV Guide, Daniel said, “I feel like there are other stories from that world that you could absolutely turn into a TV series, 100 percent. A series with the older generation [Marauders], that could be very cool.

We would definitely love to see a Marauders TV series! What do you think about a future Harry Potter reboot and/or TV series?
