While most of us have been waiting around anxiously for the continuation of Avengers: Infinity War, Marvel Studios and the Russo brothers have been hard a work putting Endgame together.
And it looks like they’re officially done!
Directors, Joe and Anthony Russo have “locked” in the movie and are currently celebrating their decade-long culmination of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the best way.
After putting the pieces of Endgame together, the brothers tweeted their celebration saying: “Last day of editorial Sundae Bar. Picture is locked…”
For those of you wondering what it means for Avengers: Endgame to have its edit locked, it means that the Russos and their editing team have finished assembling all the pieces of the movie together. This means that no more scenes from the upcoming movie will be taken out or put in.
However, the movie is not fully complete and ready for the big screen. The VFX (visual effects) crew still has final touches to include before it’s officially finished.

We can’t wait to see what the final version of the movie will look like! Our only question is, how long will the full movie be? 3 hours? 4 hours? More?
Now that Avengers: Endgame is in one piece, what are some of you theories of what could happen in the upcoming movie? Let us know in the comments!
