When you think of Indiana Jones, there’s only one person who comes to mind, Harrison Ford.
But it looks like there may be another person who could be the perfect replacement.

A new deepfake of Indiana Jones is making its way around and this time, it stars Chris Pratt as everyone’s favourite archeologist and tbh, the casting is spot on!
In case you didn’t know, deepfakes are “fake videos or audio recordings that look and sound just like the real thing,” CSO states.
YouTuber Shamook has integrated Chris seamlessly into a deepfake of Indiana Jones and fans are stunned by how perfect Chris seems to fit the role.
The Jurassic World actor himself was impressed by the deepfake and took to Twitter to praise it saying, “There’s nothing like the original. But d****. This is pretty cool.”
While the technology behind deepfakes is definitely a little bit scary, fans can’t deny that the video has definitely casted the perfect replacement Indy, should there ever be a reboot/remake – which in this day and age, is a big possibility.
Many fans are onboard with the idea of Chris as Indiana Jones and have taken to the Twitterverse to share their shock and excitement at the similarities. Some however, remain skeptical.
We can totally see Chris Pratt as Indiana Jones! If there ever is a remake/reboot, we hope he’s one of the top choices to take over the lead role.
