Director Nancy Meyers recently posted a behind-the-scenes throwback from the iconic movie on her social media, and sparked rumours of an upcoming reunion.
Her caption read: “I have some #ParentTrap news to share next week. #ItsGoingToBeFun. (Not a sequel. Sorry!)”
Lindsay Lohan who played the iconic twins further sparked excitement of a reunion by retweeting a news article on the director’s announcement.
Fans across the Twitterverse are excited over the possibility of a reunion!
While a reunion has yet to be confirmed and things are still in the in the rumour phase of life, we’ll be here crossing our fingers and toes that it actually does happen!
