With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, many movies have had to delay their production and screening dates.
Recently, Christopher Nolan’s TENET was pushed back indefinitely, and now Sony has announced that the highly anticipated Spider-Man 3 has also been postponed.

The movie that’s set to see Tom Holland reprise his iconic role, was originally set for release on 5th November 2021 but will now hit theaters on 17th December 2021.
The third Spider-Man movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe will now be taking the date that was previously held by Avatar 2 for release but it was also pushed back until 2022.
For now, the delay isn’t huge. There is after all only a little over a month difference between Spider-Man 3’s original release date and its new one.
Unfortunately, with the current state of the world, things are uncertain and the movie could be pushed back to a further date. Many movies have already been postponed more than once.
We’re crossing our fingers and toes that we’ll be able to see Peter Parker swinging in action once again in December 2021!
Do you think Spider-Man 3 could be pushed back further? What are you expecting to see in the movie? Share your thoughts with us!
