It's over for Riverdale's Camila Mendes and boyfriend, Victor Houston. The actress and her significant other broke up "very recently", a source tells E! News. "Camila ended things with Victor after ComicCon, when she realised she wasn't ready to be in this relationship anymore," says the insider. "Victor was completely blindsided and is very heartbroken."

The source continued to say, "He has been receiving a lot of backlash from the Riverdale community, even though it was actually Camila's choice to end the relationship."
Romance rumours first sparked between the two in June with flirty social media posts. The couple, who went to neighbouring high schools, were confirmed to be dating for two months at that point.

For Camila's birthday on 29 June, Victor posted a photo of the couple that has since been deleted along with other photos of Camila. However, the two still appear to be following each other on Instagram.
