Police were called to David and Victoria Beckham's home in Oxfordshire, UK, last Friday after a group of balaclava-clad burglars attempted to break into their Cotswolds mansion.
The family, who are currently in Australia to support Prince Harry and the Invictus Games, are steadfast in their decision to remain in Australia to continue giving their support.
David and Victoria's 24-hour security surveillance team notified the authorities once they noticed the intruders on the £6 million (RM32.6 million) property's CCTV. Guests at the nearby Soho Farmhouse also spotted the intruders and ran to scare them off.

The trio of burglars used a ladder to look into the windows of the upstairs of the house before running from the scene. The suspects are still on the loose.

David, Victoria and their kids, Romeo, Cruz and Harper, are understood to have been on their way to Australia when the attempted robbery occurred. The Beckhams have now been forced to immediately significantly increase the security at their countryside home, where the family spends most of their weekends.
"David and Vitoria are absolutely devastated by this. They are extremely protective of their family and their home life so the thought that people would intrude on that is just so upsetting for them," a source said to the Daily Mail.
The source added, "This has hit them hard. Victoria has been upset for the last couple of days about this, it has been so tough for her. It is frightening and dreadful to think someone would be intruding on their personal space."

Security has been upped significantly by David's team. Guard dogs, motion sensor alarms and regular patrols have now been installed to prevent any future intrusions to their home.
"David hates the fact he has to have such high tech and extremely tight security around him. He would love to be normal but his number one priority is to protect his wife, children and wider family. He is absolutely furious that he has now has to increase his security even more," the source explained.

We hope nothing like this happens again to the family.
