John Krasinski is everything we never knew we needed and more. While filming, the actor travelled almost 10,000km every weekend just to be with his family! No gruelling work schedule was going to keep him away from his wife, Emily Blunt, and their daughters, Violet and Hazel.

"Family for me, it's a non-negotiable thing. So, if I'm honest, I was shooting 6,000 miles (10,000km) away from them, and I flew back every single weekend," John told People of his back-and-forth while filming Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan.

This means he literally crisscrossed the ocean from Montreal to London and back, since Emily was working on her own project at the time.

"Emily was shooting a little indie movie called Mary Poppins," John added. "So they were with her, and we always set up a base, and I always want the base to be with their mum, and I'll do the flight time."

Urgh, our hearts can't handle the sweetness!
