Matt Reeves' upcoming The Batman is probably one of the most shrouded-in-mystery movies of the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). Originally, the movie was intended to be a starring and directing vehicle for Ben Affleck, but now the film is potentially without a star as all signs point to him stepping down from the role.

Rumours regarding The Batman's future have been circulating, ranging from Matt's hope to cast a younger Batman to Warner Bros potentially looking to have Game of Throne's Kit Harington onboard.
In an interview with TV reporter, Graham Bensinger, Jon Ham revealed that he has always been a comic book fan and has given some thought to playing the Caped Crusader!
"It depends on the script, what the story is," Jon said. "I am a huge comic book fan, always have been. I've read comic books since I was nine or younger. And I'm pretty knowledgeable about a lot of them. And I like the genre, and I like when they're done well."
Jon went on to say that he has yet to have any official conversation about perhaps playing Batman, but "I'd probably fit the suit. I'd have to work out a lot, which I don't love. But, I am sure there's an interesting version of that being out there. And if they wanted to tap me on the shoulder and ask me to do it, why not?"
