[UPDATE]
Following the news that Kevin Hart was involved in an accident that caused him to have major back injury, his wife has shared an update on his condition.

On her way to visit the comedian at the hospital, Kevin’s wife, Eniko Parrish told TMZ that Kevin is awake and recovering and that “he’s going to be just fine.”
“He’s great, he’s going to be just fine,” she said. “He’s good. Everybody’s good, thank god.”
Eniko also added that the actor and comedian isn’t laughing and joking just yet but sources say that he is definitely on the mend after doctors completed successful back surgery on Kevin.
A source also told TMZ that Kevin is expected to remain in the hospital for at least a couple of days while he recovers.

We’re sending out extra love today to comedian and actor Kevin Hart who has been hospitalised with major back injuries after being involved in a car accident.

According to a California Highway Patrol report, the driver – who has been identified as Jared Black, had lost control of the car and it went off road and rolled down an embankment.
A total of three passengers – the driver, Kevin, and Internet fitness model Rebecca Broxterman, were in the car when the accident occurred in Kevin’s 1970 Plymouth Barracuda in the early hours of Sunday morning on Mulhound Highway in Los Angeles County.
The report noted that Jared and Rebecca were trapped inside the vehicle while Kevin went for help.
“Hart and Black sustained major back injuries as a result of this collision and were transported and treated at nearby hospitals,” Highway Patrol said.
Rebecca did not suffer any substantial injuries in the crash. Police have determined that Jared was not under any influence at the time of the collision.
