Speaking to the outlet, Priyanka said, "Every girl dreams of being a princess on her wedding day. But I never had a plan about what I wanted it to be."
Nick suggested that they celebrated their love by having two ceremonies in India to celebrate their different backgrounds. "It melted my heart," the actress said. "Being able to have two big weddings, in India, with our closest family and friends was unbelievably special."

Nick and Priyanka hosted 225 guests for a four-day celebration at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodphur. On day one, the couple had a Mehendi ceremony, where both were adorned with henna tattoos.
The ceremony was then followed by a Sangeet that night where members of both families performed elaborate musical numbers with choreography and costumes!
The next day, Nick and Priyanka celebrated their love in a traditional Western ceremony on the palace's lawn. The bride wore a stunning hand-beaded and embroidered Ralph Lauren gown with an incredible 75-foot long veil as she walked down the aisle with her mother, Madhu.
"It was all tears. All tears," the actress said. "I could not hold it in. I think I was nervous and scared. But as soon as the curtains opened, and I saw his face it was just like everything settled and I knew I was making the best decision of my life."
Nick spoke of the ceremony saying, "the emotions were running high during the ceremonies, I think especially during the Western wedding for me. You know you think your whole life about that moment. Honestly, I could not have imagined it would be as perfect as it was. It was highly emotional."

The couple spent Sunday exchanging vows again in a lavish Hindu wedding. They then concluded their celebration weekend with a Bidaai - a bridal ritual where Priyanka's family blessed her new life with Nick.
"I love that our wedding was a religious mash-up," said the gushing bride. "We took beautiful traditions that we both grew up with and personalised them in a way that made sense for us. It's been incredible to find the commonalities between our beliefs and figuring out how to blend them in a respectful and meaningful way."
We're still jealous but extremely happy for the radiant couple!
