A new challenge is taking over the internet and it’s all about Shawn Mendes!
The singer’s personal trainer, Josh Adamson, recently uploaded a video on his Instagram that shows Shawn flawlessly executing a routine. Josh captioned the video, “This is the first time that I’ve given @shawnmendes this exercise and he does it with such ease.”
The routine sees Shawn performing a “jump squat” where he starts in a kneeling position before jumping to a crouch and then jumping straight up.
Josh went on to say, “His athletic ability is amazing because for most people this is a very hard movement to do… on top of that I had this at the start of a 3 exercise giant set.”
Looks easy right?
Apparently it isn’t as easy as it looks! Fans have been attempting the new #ShawnMendesChallenge and it’s been filled with epic fails!
