Beware all festival goers for the advent of the "Black Mamba" as K-pop girl group Aespa is confirmed to make their U.S performance debut at this weekend’s Coachella lineup!

Aespa will also be taking their performance to the next level as they will be the first K-pop artists to rock Coachella’s main stage!

The Savage quartet expressed their excitement and nerves for Coachella - especially since they debuted a little over a year ago during the pandemic and haven’t had many opportunities to perform for a large audience.

According to NingNing, “Since it is our first time performing in front of such a large crowd, we worked especially hard to make sure we can bring our very best onstage. We can’t wait for the day to come and hope to have an amazing time with everyone at Coachella!”

Aespa made waves in the U.S after their Savage EP entered the Billboard 200 at No.20.

For Coachella, they plan to ride that wave and will perform an unreleased track titled “Life’s Too Short” in its English version.

“We hope everyone will enjoy it and have a lot of fun with us!” Karina shared during an interview.

There is definitely a lot to be anticipated by this rising K-pop girl group as fans are already keeping an eye out for the quartet in the desert.

Last weekend, 2NE1 made an exciting reunion at the end of CL’s solo set rendering new and veteran fans raving over their “I Am The Best” performance and back in 2019, Blackpink wowed the world as the first K-pop girl group to perform at the Sahara stage.

Are you hyped for Aespa’s performance? Shout out your cheers for the girls in the comments down below!
