Every Malaysian has definitely tasted the snack Super Ring more than once in our lives and if there’s someone that loves it more than us, it’s K-pop group Blackpink’s Jennie and Jisso!
A tweet recently went viral on twitter showing the price of the snack being sold in South Korea and it’s priced at RM4.30 (1,200 won) for a packet!
And the reason is because of Jisoo and Jennie! A user explained that they first got to taste it after a fan gave it to them in Singapore have been in love with it since.
Another user posted a video from when Blackpink had a concert in Malaysia and squealed when they found the snack in a convenient store!
Netizens were happy that the k-pop group members love the snack and a few even pointed out that it says “Malaysia’s No.1 snack” on a sign at the Korean store.
We are certainly proud that they love our very own local-made snack and we totally understand how it can make a person happy!
Let’s hope they don’t make it too viral that the prices increase in Malaysia too! Are you a fan of the snack?
