The famous friendly feud between Deadpool and Wolverine is over. Or is it?

After trolling each other for years, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman have called a “truce” on their respective social media accounts.

The image sees Ryan and Hugh clasping hands and Ryan captioned his post with “Official truce with @realhughjackman! As a gesture of goodwill, I’m gonna make a beautiful ad for his company, Laughing Man Coffee. Can’t wait!”

Both actors revealed their plans to make advertisements for each other’s company. Hugh captioned his post with “Official truce! I’m going to make the most amazing ad for Aviation Gin. And, look forward to seeing what @VancityReynolds comes up with in return.”

Well, that doesn’t exactly sound like a real truce.

Both actors are already gearing up to outdo each other with these upcoming ads. We can only to see what they come up with.

Ryan and Hugh’s long-running feud goes all the way to 2015 when Hugh posted a video of Ryan impersonating his Australian accent, in his full Deadpool makeup.

Since then, the battle was on.

The actors who co-starred in the 2009 X-Men Origins: Wolverine, have continued trolling each other on social media and we’ve been loving every single moment.

Fans of both actors are split. Some are calling bluff on the “truce”, some are happy its over, some are sad, and other fans are reminiscent.

So, do you think Ryan and Hugh’s truce is for real? Well, at least we’ve got two ads to look forward to!
