Not that we needed any more reasons to love the Spider-Man cast, but they’ve done it again!
Our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man proved that with great power comes great responsibility and he did just that when he recently paid a special virtual visit to a young patient at the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles and was joined by fellow No Way Home cast Zendaya and Jacob Batalon.
In a YouTube video posted by the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, the trio teamed up to surprise a young Marvel fan named Adrian. He was nearly speechless, shocked to see Spider-Man and his friends smiling on the screen opposite him. And tbh, we’d react the same way too!
The video is only three minutes long, but they filled it with adorable heartwarming moments. The very first thing Adrian does is of course, ask for spoilers from Spider-Man: No Way Home. LOL!
They clearly shot this before the movie came out however, the trio remained tight-lipped and assured Adrian that he’ll want to wait to watch the movie to find out.
“There’s nothing really we can tell you that’s not a spoiler, because we don’t want to spoil the movie for you,” Tom said. “We want you to see it in all its glory.”
Adrian sweetly responded: “Yeah, but I don’t have patience so I can’t really wait.” Haha...we totally feel him!
In the remainder of the three-minute clip, Adrian and the Spidey crew asked questions back and forth.
Nothing was cuter tho than Adrian asking which Marvel movie was their favorite. Tom quickly said Captain America: Civil War. Which makes sense, as that was his first appearance as Spidey.

Adrian revealed that he couldn’t watch that movie, because seeing the heroes fight each other made him too upset. Aww.
Before the virtual meet wrapped up, Adrian cheekily tried asking for spoilers again from the cast but they stayed hush-hush.
This isn’t the first time Tom Holland surprised children at the hospital. He once visited the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital in June 2017, around the time of the Spider-Man: Homecoming premiere. Then again in June 2019 with Far From Home co-stars Zendaya and Jake Gyllenhaal.

The video is a perfect showcase for how much of a positive impact people can make when they just take the time. Tom, Zendaya, and Jacob? You’re all good people.
And it’s amazing of the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles to make this all happen for one of their patients. But.. .we think the true hero in that room was little Adrian!
Now, can someone send him a proper Spidey outfit. We think he truly deserves one.
