When Taylor released a trio of teasers for her “...Ready For It?” music video earlier this week, in which she embodied a futuristic cyborg in a glowing nude bodysuit, the Internet was immediately filled with tweets and think pieces claiming that “Taylor Swift is NAKED in her next music video”. Although many were just curious, some took a more negative stance criticising the almost-nudiy.
As always, Taylor was watching it all go down. And on Friday, after the world had some time to digest the full video, she took to her Instagram Stories to brush off the comments and criticisms surrounding her bodysuit.
She posted a selfie of her making a fake-concerned face and wearing the bodysuit during a break from filming the music video, with the caption, “It truly warms my heart that ppl had so much to say about this bodysuit”. She also posted a selfie showing her whole body in the suit, and another photo snapped by someone else that shows her bodysuit-clad profile.

Proving that she knew the teasers would spark controversy while she was filming it and captured photos to use later after everyone realised she wasn’t naked.
This just goes to show, how well Taylor can read all of us.
