A recent study by UKM has found that the way teens look at their phones could cause them a lot of pain.
According to the study, 75 per cent of teenagers view their digital devices at odd angles between 45 and 60 degrees – angles that put a lot of stress on the neck, causing pain and stiffness.
The researchers added that while this doesn’t have permanent effects, the pain can affect performance at work or school.
So please don’t put your necks on the line because of your devices!
