The new year is here and it’s high time we put 2020 far behind us. However, that doesn’t mean we ought to forget the lessons we’ve learned either.

It’s been a rollercoaster ride and yet you survived all that! But, instead of just saying you came out alive, why not change yourself for the better based on all the lessons from the drama that is 2020:

#1 Stop FFK-ing your friends

Pre-COVID, you had endless opportunities to meet up with your friends, but you probably ditched them more than you’d like to admit. However, 2020 has taught you that it’s no longer easy for physical meet ups.

So, the next time you and your friends have promised to hangout, better not FFK them anymore.

#2 Keep your personal hygiene CLEAN

Back then, washing your hands frequently seems like such a tedious thing to do. Now, you’re probably already doing it without being nagged by your mum or reminded by MKN via their SMSes. It’s a habit worth taking into 2021 because hello, germs.

#3 Seize every travel opportunity (while being safe!)

With the uncertainty of whether international borders will actually open up around the globe this year, don’t take it as the end of all travel opportunities. It’s always a good idea to cuti-cuti Malaysia too.

You’ll be learning new things about our country and also helping to boost the economy! Stop saying stuff like “next year, lah” or “no money, leh” and put in proper planning and savings for it.

#4 Actually GROW your savings

Most of you might not have realised the importance of having proper savings until you (or your loved ones) lose a job. In 2020, the unemployment rate skyrocketed. Many people had to sustain on savings alone… and realised that there wasn’t much savings to begin with.

Well, in 2021, you’re gonna be better prepared. You’re gonna read up on those personal finance blogs and pick up tips on properly growing your savings.

#5 Take good care of your health and diet

You used to be too lazy to work out and take good care of your diet, but after joining the lockdown exercise trend, you’re willing to put more effort into it.

Don’t stop there though! Carry this awesome habit into the new year and make it part of your lifestyle.

Besides exercising and dieting, you can also take health supplements such as BiO-LiFE Livasil, to nourish and protect your liver and total health.

BiO-LiFE Livasil contains high strength milk thistle, an ingredient that’s known to protect your liver and has been medically used for centuries.

The core constituent of milk thistle is silymarin that consists of at least 7 flavonolignans. One of them is silibinin (a.k.a silybin), which helps the most in maintaining your liver health. It acts as an antioxidant to get rid of free radicals.

Didn’t think you’d be learning some biology here, leh…

So, protect and nourish your liver with BiO-LiFE Livasil, the liver tonic with one of the highest silybin content in the market!

It's Halal-certified and approved by the Ministry of Health. The best part is, it’s suitable for those of you on a vegetarian or vegan diet too!

For more deets on the product and where to buy it, head over to BiO-LiFE’s website.
