Elon Musk, founder of Tesla and Space Exploration Technologies Corp (SpaceX), recently set up the Flat Earth Society for such a burn that it could be his greatest achievement so far.

The Flat-Earthers believe that the Earth is a flat disc, and that everything suggesting otherwise is a conspiracy created by NASA and other government agencies.

On Tuesday, the billionaire investor, engineer, and inventor tweeted the Flat-Earthers with a somewhat philosophical question:

Surprisingly, the official Twitter account for the Flat Earth Society responded. Their answer, however, seems to be in contrast with all of their beliefs. Other people joined in, and the debate that ensued was hilarious to say the least.

We think that at one point during the debate, the Flat Earth Society stopped taking themselves too seriously with their tweets. It’s nice to see that they have a pretty good sense of humour. But, we’re still pretty confused about this whole Flat Earth theory thing.
