With the help of her boyfriend, the teenager pretended she was getting proposed to. The boy got down on his knee and proposed in front of her family, and she said yes, of course.
Her father however, was all kinds of no. He didn’t know how to react to the idea of his young daughter agreeing to a marriage, and basically just died on the inside after witnessing the proposal.
Just look at his uneasy finger-scratching gesture towards the end of the video. It’s the real-life interpretation of the phrase “Don’t know how to feel about this”. When the video went viral, Twitter instantly turned him into a meme!
