A group of eco-friendly individuals are ganining attention beause of their unique way of keeping the streets clean.

The group known as Jidaigumi Basara is part of the samurai performance troupe based in Hokkaido. They usually specialize in theatrical plays, but have decided to take their talents to the streets.

They appear in public in full costume with trash bins strapped to their backs and would go about picking any litter they see in the streets.

This is a pretty interesting way of practicing their skill while keeping the streets clean.
