Sometimes when you’re in class, all you need is a snack or something to munch on. But of course, eating in class isn’t really allowed…
This 9-year-old girl found a way around that and the internet is super impressed with her ingenious idea!

Valerie Schremp Hahn recently shared her daughter’s brilliant creation on Twitter that has everyone asking, “Why didn’t I think of that before?”
Her idea? To fill an empty lip balm tube with slices of cheese so that she could have a discreet snack at any time!
Valerie tweeted a picture of the self-made cheese stick saying, “My 9-year-old daughter has taken an old lip balm tube and filled it with cheese so she can eat it in class.”
The girl, who has not been named, spoke to BuzzFeed News and told them that she had gotten the idea from a YouTube video.
“I was just looking on YouTube because I was bored and I found this video and decided to do it,” she said. “I just took some of my dad’s cheese, sliced it up, and put it in the chapstick container.”
“I just found that, cleaned it out with some soap, and started filling it with cheese,” the 9-year-old added.

She made two “cheese stick chapsticks” and took them to school the next day where she secretly snacked on the cheese during breaks between standardised tests.
“You can lick it and no one will know,” the girl said.
Her friends found the idea hilarious and ingenious!
“At first I didn’t tell them and I was like licking the, quote ‘cheese,’ and then I told them it was cheese and they just started laughing so hard!” she noted.

Her friends weren’t the only one who thought the idea was brilliant! The Twitterverse couldn’t stop praising her!
“I’m just impressed that anybody would, like, like this out of all things,” the 9-year-old said. But of course, she understood.
“Cheese is amazing,” she said.
We definitely understand that too! Cheese is life!
According to her mother, the teachers didn’t notice the cheese sticks but when they received her message about it, they thought it was hilarious! The school’s principal was so impressed that she told her mother that the girl would be getting a shoutout in the school’s newsletter.
