After over a week of competition, the30th SEA Games has come to an end!

While team Malaysia may not have placed first in the overall score, the team placed first in our hearts with their hard work when they came in fifth with a total medal tally of 56 gold medals, 58 silver medals, and 71 bronze medals.
The host country, the Philippines emerged as champions of the 2019 SEA Games with an impressive haul of 149 gold, 117 silver, and 119 bronze medals.
Vietnam came in second with 96 gold, 85 silver and 104 bronze medals; while Thailand came in third with 92 gold, 102 silver and 122 bronze medals.
While team Malaysia may have failed to meet its overall target of 70 gold, 51 silver and 105 bronze, we’re still super proud of our national athletes who brought us great pride in each of the categories they’ve competed in.
