Gamers around the world have been eagerly anticipating the release of the new PlayStation 5 but if you’re willing to go a little extra (more than a little), you can buy yourself a 24K gold version of the console too!
Pre-orders for the 24K gold PS5 model will finally be available on 10th September… but perhaps, it's not for everyone as the console's starting price is RM43,282 (£7,999).
The luxurious PS5 console is developed by UK company, Truly Exquisite and is available to buy in luxury 24K Gold, Platinum and also 18K Rose Gold finishes!
“These pieces will be limited edition with only 250 pieces made per model/finish. The price includes 1 x PS5 Console, 2 x Dualsense Controllers, 1 x 3D Pulse Headset,” the pre-order page wrote.
“The Playstation 5 will be presented in a Luxury wooden display box with free worldwide shipping & insurance.”
Anyone would agree that the 24K gold luxury PS5 set looks amazing.. plus free worldwide shipping? Sounds like a steal (not for our bank accounts tho)!
The long-awaited PlayStation console was finally revealed at the live-stream event in June, with specs that’s said to be much faster than the PS4, and custom SSD that will provide 825GB of storage and 5.5GB/s of performance in raw mode or 8-9GB/s in compressed.
Fans are still waiting to see if the PS5 will feature backwards compatibility for game titles dated as far back as PlayStation 1 that was confirmed in various reports online.
