Online GIF database Giphy recently announced that it’s refreshing its homepage to feature Giphy Stories, which will be curated by a special editorial team. The stories will be told through GIFs and will highlight trending topics across entertainment, sports and reactions.
Giphy Stories is similar to Instagram Stories, but it’s more of a cross between Twitter Moment and also Snapchat’s Discover content. Giphy will also be opening up Stories to its partners and artists later this year, and they’ll be able to create and distribute their own- curated stories.
