Mark your calendar! Apple is set to reveal their latest product lineup on 12th September at the Steve Jobs Theatre in California!
The new iPhone is anticipated to be announced during the company's annual event along with a number of other new products. This year's unveiling is said to be impressive even by Apple's standards.
USA Today reports that the company might introduce three new iPhones this September, including the largest iPhone to date; the iPhone X Plus, which is expected to have a six-and-a-half-inch screen. The current iPhone X has a 5.8-inch screen.
According to CNBC, upgrades are anticipated across Apple's entire line of products including updated iPhones, new and improved iPads, and a new Mac Mini.
"Apple is expected to announce three new iPhone X models: a sequel to the current model with the 5.8-inch OLED display, a larger version with an OLED 6.5-inch display and a cheaper version with a 6.1-inch LCD screen," reports CNBC. The new product line will reportedly come with 3D sensors, and the Face ID facial recognition feature will replace the home button in all models launched in 2018 and moving forward.
Both X models will most likely have improved camera features, a newer and faster processor, and OLED displays. There will also be new colour options for the iPhone lineup, according to Bloomberg.
In addition, the company is expected to update its iPad Pro model with new 12.9-inch and 11.9-inch versions that mimic the iPhone X. Bustle predicts that Apple will launch a new series of Apple Watches as well as a new 13-inch MacBook Air and AirPower wireless charger.
