Back in the 90s, if you had a pet Tamagotchi, you’d be one of the most popular kids around! And now, the Tamagotchis are making a comeback and we can’t wait to get our hands on these digital pets!

23 years ago, the first fictional virtual pet from the planet Tama was introduced to the world by a Japanese toymaker. From then on, the Tamagotchis made their mark worldwide with every kid wanting one.
The latest reincarnation, dubbed Tamagotchi On, is slightly larger than the version we’re used to and this time, it even comes with a colour screen!

Don’t worry though, those three buttons that control your beloved pet are still there.
This time around, your digital pet will come with a vibrant full-colour screen with pixelated graphics. What’s more? You can even have your pet interact with a friend’s!

The Tamagotchi On comes with a whole new array of features that include making friends from other towns, travelling, shopping and even getting married! The toy supports up to 16 generations of Tamagotchis on one device.
These new Tamagotchis will also be compatible to a smartphone app where you’ll be able to expand the game’s features worldwide.
The new reinvention of our beloved digital pets will be available starting July 2019.
